Not at all a brand new product, but this is one of the best eyeliners I have ever used. The best liquid eyeliner I have ever used.
I normally really dislike liquid eyeliners in my personal opinion, as I am a caffiene junkie therefore I usually don't have too steady of hands. But this tip is so incredibly fine it is almost fool proof. The tip is soft enough to be nice and delicate on the eyelid, but also stiff enough to give you precise control. The pigmentation in this is great, a very crisp black (if you store it tip down as the box suggests).
A great water-based formula for awesome staying power, even without a primer - but of course a primer will intensify the staying power, as with any product.
Although I was hesitant to try the product at first because of it's price point, I am very glad I sprung for this. I am on my second pen now, and plan on always having this in my makeup bag. I would highly recommend this to everyone I know.
Get To The Point...

-Can be applied easily in a rush
Whats to not:
-The price point can be a tad intimidating
Final Thoughts
I don't have much more to say about this product except, just try it! I have been told it's almost like Covergirl's Line Exact Liquid Liner but much more pigmented and much less cruel. Yes, it`s more expensive, but would you rather buy a $10 eyeliner that you`ll have to keep building up, or buy a tad more expensive one swoop and you`re done magic trick? I think the answer is obvious.
